Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TVC0 Store ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Ankit Jangid, collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit tvc0.lovable.app or use our Android application (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data you provide when you sign up: name, email address, optional profile picture, and any preferences you choose.
  • Order & payment metadata: product purchased, price, currency, transaction status, and payment reference IDs returned by our payment processor (Razorpay). We do not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, products clicked, reactions, referral source, device/browser type, coarse country/region derived from IP, and app install/update events. This is aggregated and anonymized for analytics.
  • Cookies & local storage: essential login/session tokens, UI preferences (theme, recently viewed items, compare list), and third-party cookies set by advertising and analytics partners (see Section 5).
  • Communications you send us via the contact form, email or push notification opt-ins.

2. How we use information

  • Operate and maintain the Service, process orders and deliver digital products.
  • Personalize the experience — remember your cart, recently viewed items and preferences.
  • Send transactional messages (order confirmations, refund updates, security alerts).
  • Detect fraud, abuse and violations of our Terms.
  • Measure aggregate performance, improve features and content.
  • Show contextual or personalized advertising via approved partners (see Section 5).

3. Legal basis

We process personal data under the following legal bases: performance of a contract(to deliver purchased products), legitimate interest (fraud prevention, service improvement, aggregate analytics), consent (marketing cookies, push notifications) and legal obligation (tax, accounting, dispute records).

4. Sharing of information

We never sell your personal data. We share limited data only with:

  • Payment processors — Razorpay, for processing transactions.
  • Hosting & infrastructure — our cloud database, storage and CDN providers.
  • Analytics providers — for aggregate usage insights.
  • Advertising partners — Google AdSense and its sub-processors, subject to Section 5.
  • Law-enforcement or regulators — where required by valid legal process.

5. Advertising & third-party cookies (Google AdSense)

This Service uses Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service operated by Google LLC. AdSense uses cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) and web beacons to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Service and other sites on the internet.

  • Google's use of the DART cookie enables it and its partners to serve personalized ads.
  • You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings at google.com/settings/adsor opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.

Third-party ad servers or ad networks may also collect information such as your IP address, ISP, browser and interaction with ads. We do not control the cookies used by these third parties — please review their respective privacy policies.

6. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it. Google AdSense on this Service is likewise not directed to children under 13.

7. Data retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, tax and fraud-prevention obligations. Order and payment records are retained for at least seven (7) years as required by applicable tax regulation. Anonymized analytics may be retained indefinitely.

8. Your rights

  • Access, correct or export a copy of your personal data.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications or personalized ads at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

9. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS/HTTPS everywhere, hashed passwords, row-level security on our database, principle-of-least-privilege access, and audit logging. No online service is 100% secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

10. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including in facilities operated by our hosting, analytics or advertising partners. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via a banner on the Service or via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
