Terms & Conditions

Welcome to TVC0 Store ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Ankit Jangid. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website tvc0.lovable.app and our Android application (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, downloading the app or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 to make a purchase.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law or third-party rules.

2. Products & offers

TVC0 Store curates official offers, tutorials, AI tools and digital resources. Product descriptions and prices are provided in good faith but availability, pricing and redemption rules ultimately depend on the third-party provider (e.g. streaming platform, SaaS vendor, learning platform).

  • We do not resell shared accounts and do not condone credential-sharing.
  • We do not guarantee any specific outcome from a tutorial, tool or offer.
  • Third-party offers are subject to that provider's own terms of service.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. By making a payment you also agree to Razorpay's terms. We do not store card numbers, CVV or bank credentials. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Refunds

Because most items are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are handled case-by-case. Please review our full refund policy for eligibility rules, time limits and how to request a refund.

5. Acceptable use

  • No fraudulent payments, chargebacks in bad faith or attempts to bypass verification.
  • No resale, redistribution or public sharing of digital products, credentials or download links.
  • No use of the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual-property rights or harass others.
  • No automated scraping, denial-of-service or attempts to access non-public areas of the Service.
  • Respect third-party platform rules (Netflix, Spotify, ChatGPT, etc.) when redeeming offers.

6. Intellectual property

All original content on the Service — including logos, artwork, copy, videos, tutorials and software — is owned by TVC0 Store or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. User content

By posting reviews, comments, ratings or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and moderate that content. You represent that the content is yours to share and does not violate any law or third-party right.

8. Third-party services & advertising

The Service may include links to, integrations with or advertising served by third parties, including Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties. Interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser. 9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any third-party offer will remain available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TVC0 Store and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim or (b) ₹1,000 INR.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TVC0 Store, its operators and its partners from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your user content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including intellectual-property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan, India.

14. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
